THIS IS APPARENTLY A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT INVOLVING #RACKETEERING

The #Phoenix & #Atlanta #Claims #adjusters & #managers be mad because I interrupted their targeted #kickback scam in first 30 days & documented the #misconduct nearly daily with assigned adjuster, #generalContractor & Remediators.
They #slowwalked #roof replacement 40 days, blamed one another— all with aims to turn a $10k claim into one of tens of thousands of dollars.
When the gig was up, they faked clearance to rebuild- knowing full well the toxic dangers of unremediated water damage in the areas THEY IDENTIFIED AS WATER DAMAGED.
Consequently, another contractor did the build back- OVER THE EVIDENCE OF UNDEMOLISHED WATER SATURATED AREAS that exposed the homeowner to months of toxic mold— apparently with intent to kill, with plausible deniability.
Shame on the 50 or so lawyers talked to over the course.
Think some may have earned inclusion in a disability discrimination/abuse complaint also? #GoshDarnMeanieHeads!
