Around the same time that one of the defense lawyers made a motion to attempt to violate my First Amendment rights in October, I lost 7,000 LI connections, not to mention YEARS of articles and posts and evidence and expert commentary on claims handling in America. Bummer.
What a coincidence? I dunno. I suspect #InsuranceLobby trolling or barking orders or other improprieties, but, I know I know… call me #Suspicious!

ALL BECAUSE MY ROOF BLEW OFF and the claim was … handled poorly, negligently and maybe fraudulently?

Most lawyers are not much help to the poor, disabled and elderly abused by insurer fraud. Count blessings if you find a helpful lawyer or lawfirm or paralegal course or team.
That particular lawyer has been so helpful in making the case and preparing it for #NuclearVerdict at trial!
[One of the involved law firms published a book recently on #NuclearVerdicts…. some of the reviews are frightful, discussing #lawfare & #guerrillalaw tactics.. yikes!]
One lawyer almost faked me out that he was the designated mouthpiece for the group of lawyers, rejecting mind bogglingly inexpensive SETTLEMENT PROPOSALS in December 2021. I guess they are all just ‘posturing’?
He’s even been helpful in helping me find help!
