MY HOUSE — THEY LEFT IT LIKE THAT OVER 40 DAYS… THRU MULTIPLE STORMS IN FEBRUARY 2019.. WIND, RAIN AND SNOW….. FEBRUARY 2019!

THEN MOLD MYCOTOXINS SICKNESS AND MORE DESTRUCTION.  NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH 8 LAW FIRMS, 16+ LAWYERS WITH LAW CLERKS, PARALEGALS, SECRETARIES AND LEGAL SERVICES THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO AN IN PRO PER LITIGANT.   MY STATE FARM AGENT COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO HELP ME WHILE THE PREFERRED VENDORS DESTROYED MY HOME, AND HE TOLD ME TO LAWYER UP AND SUE FOR $10,000,000.  THE STATE FARM ARIZONA ADJUSTER TEAM MANAGER ADMITTED HE HAD NO AUTHORITY TO SETTLE THE CLAIM AND TOLD ME IT WOULD NEVER LEAVE HIS DESK TILL I FILED A LAWSUIT.  THE REST IS HISTORY IN THE MAKINGS, HUH?    Disabled Boomer Woman Takes on Jake From State Farm et al …

Some State Farm adjuster/managers seem to believe that 40 days of unabated water intrusion on a roofless house require just a a painter’s thin plastic tarp, knocking down a few walls, and setting up air blowers to move the mold around is adequate #waterdamage mitigation and remediation?  Yikes, I don’t think any of the State Farm Adjusters or their dispatched Preferred Vendors aka #PetVendors have a clue about the potential lethality and microbial growth, mold, mycotoxins etc.

They probably don’t subscribe to that C & R magazine either… Be smarter than #Jake!  Don’t be a Clown!  Do your own research…

Meanwhile,  back in California….

A couple videos to help wrap up the year and prepare to move fiercely into 2022… #WhoYaGonnaTag?
