Thank you for your responses yesterday… I think that was everybody! Onward! Almost all are printed and will be read this week, as I begin my responses.

In the interim, since we also have new ‘players’ as well as admin and legal clerks in the distribution, just so we are all on the same page, attached again is the file with medical consequences images caused, in varying degrees of liability, by your clients. Remember, all I asked for was a roof. What I got was catastrophic damages and life-threatening illness. That’s the stuff juries need to know about, for common good and public safety. PDF above.
The mycotoxins and mold contamination left scars all over my body – face, hands, back, legs, torso….my skin still erupts… I’m not sure of the inside impact. It’s still bad. People say it’s real hard to get mycotoxins and various mold species out of the body… and that it’s real hard to recover from CIRS…..I don’t have all the poisons out of my body yet…. and the long term effectare unknown. That’s the sort of stuff Nuclear Verdicts are made of, huh?

I am in the process of collaborating with consultants in the public relations/press release arena, while I continue to seek paralegal assistance.

I am suggesting ONE DEPOSITION of Plaintiff, in a group setting, with a lead attorney, and written questions provided to the plaintiff at least 5 days before deposition. Mr G— seems to be the unofficial spokesman for the corporate defendants, so maybe y’all can vote on who to take the defense lead,or the Judge can be asked to appoint someone at our December 16, 2021 trial setting conference. [He is omitted from distribution herewith, at his request, but he asked me to have his secretary, Carol, copied on .. I’m not sure what, non-privileged stuff or non-negotiations related matters – it wasn’t clear]

Due to disabilities, I would ask that the timing be limited to not more than 3 hours in a given day. I have an advocate who will accompany me to any depositions, to also be of assistance if I get confused or lost in the aggressions. I would also ask that any/all depositions are recorded and available to all parties for distribution on various social media platforms, without censorship.

SIDE BAR: It should probably be a class action that IN PRO PER plaintiffs and defendants are denied access to services that require licensed attorney supervision. It really makes for a lopsided battlefield. Many of you write that the in pro per litigant is subject to the same rules of court procedures — without the same benefits afforded licensed attorneys. I’ve ‘heard’ that some states are moving to elevate the status of the paralegal, more like that of a Physician’s assistant. That could narrow the gap the denies JUSTICE FOR ALL . BTW, “trial by ambush is not the spirit of Liberty and Constitution, either.

Unfortunately, I was erroneously led to believe that I could not do the discovery and request for production of documents until the Court ruled on your respective demurrer/strikes. Had that not been so, I would have immediately, upon filing, requested the information needed to provide much of the info you have that is needed to tighten up some of the Causes of Action. The concealment and obfuscation of the records and trails is also part of Cause of Action #9. I found the forms and my requests will be served soon, too.

One of my favorite TOP SHELF books is BULLET PROOF MOLD LITIGATION by Canyon West. He writes about fraudulent environmental reports written at the behest of insurance carriers as if it is a common practice. He’s a real smart guy, probably often ‘the smartest guy in the room.’ It’s my hope to have Mr West appear at trial as an expert witness. His book is excellent, and his credentials are Space Force calibre, imho.

If anybody could recommend resources for an In Pro Per litigant to get up to speed on procedures, admin and conformity to Court Rules, it would be much appreciated. Don’t do it for me, DO IT FOR AMERICA, huh?

I hope to have production of documents and froggs out to y’all by end of week, with responses rolling back out to your requests starting next week. We’ve cleared the decks and will also apply Mr G—-‘S suggestion made at ex parte hearing to reach out to “proper media” as well as amplify social media efforts.

Please let me know if you have any special public relations entity that you would like press releases sent to as we go forward. I do already do my best to reach the insurance industry publications. I doubt they might consider publishing these pictures of what happens when a roof blows off to a State Farm insured policy holder, but, they might. The medical community may find them of interest, as most MDs are eerily in the dark about mold, or muzzled by willful ignorance.

FYI – A series of e-books, non case specific but drawing on my experiences since February 2019, is being prepared in hopes of helping millions of victims of insurer and remediation world fraud, negligence and profiteering at the expense of policyholder’s life health and wealth.
