The First Amended Complaint #FAC includes corporate offices and franchisees, plus parties who were hired by Plaintiff, rather than subcontracted or assigned by State Farm.
Further research shows that sometimes, in cases involving State Farm, ServPro, ServiceMasters and others, even State Farm adjusters are named in Complaints.
Once Answers are filed by defense counsels, some wish to see a Second Amended Complaint. Strikes and Demurrers seem to be the first line of defense, and flurries of motions. Delays have been generous.
I sure wish the legal field had more #OathKeepers…. more Civility and less chicanery and bad manners…
