WE HAVE TO LEARN………….Public Speaking and Addressing the Court

The Courts, for my protection from certain defense firms, authorized designation of a special and separate email address for communications to somewhat shield me from extreme abuse, bullying intimidation, threats, cyber stalking and other scary stuff. They were hammering me with abusive emails and demanding lawfare abusive discovery demands and threats — EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, FOR MONTHS. Today I received more threats and the managing partner of the firm told me that since I wrote to her from my general account, she was going to write back to me at the same account.

Here’s part of my response:

“I note that you are communicating with my firm from your lindaayres311@gmail.com email, and therefore I am responding to the same email address.”

NO M’AM. YOU MAY NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME AT MY GENERAL EMAIL BOX AND THAT IS TAKEN AS ANOTHER ACT OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION AND CYBER HARASSMENT THAT HAS BEEN PERPETUATED ON ME SINCE LAST YEAR. IT STOP NOW, M’AM. CYBER STALKING AND HARASSMENT IS A CRIME, AND MY CIVIL RIGHTS ARE BEING CONTINUOUSLY VIOLATED BY YOUR FIRM, AND THE PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR OFFICERS OF THE COURT IS BEING REPEATEDLY BREACHED.

I will ask the Court for intervention before any further rulings are made, so that the Court may have all the facts, not just your deceptions.

Let’s be mindful that the unlawful collusion between State Farm and [ ] and others caused catastrophic damage to my home and life-threatening toxic exposure. It is my prayer that the California Superior Court, or Federal Court, makes an example of what has been done to me, including the lawfare tactics for a covered wind peril claim. The diabolical practices of State Farm and some of it’s vendors in targeting of America’s children is just one more example of the moral turpitude involved in this litigation and those involved in it. STATE FARM ARIZONA ADJUSTERS HIRED AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP FOR A MOLD CLEARANCE AT MY HOME IN CALIFORNIA IN MARCH 2019. MY ROOF BLEW OFF SATURDAY, 2/2/2019. STATE FARM TOLD ME I COULD HIRE A HANDYMAN FOR A TEMPORARY TARP, AND TO SAVE THE RECEIPT, BUT THAT I WAS REQUIRED TO USE THEIR VENDORS, AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. IT TOOK TOOK UNTIL MONDAY LATE MORNING, 2/4/2019 FOR TWO OF THEIR ASSIGNED VENDORS TO ARRIVE. THEY LET RAIN COME IN THRU THE ROOFLESS HOUSE — THRU EVERY LIGHT FIXTURE, DOOR JAMS AND NOOK AND CRANNY. 65% OF THE ROOF BLEW OFF. IT TOOK OVER 40 DAYS FOR STATE FARM TO GET AN ESTIMATE. THEY APPARENTLY BLAMED CONTRACTOR CONNECTION AND PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION, WHO BLAMED ONE ANOTHER AND OTHERS.

AEG FOUND NO SIGNS OF MOLD. THAT DEFIES SCIENCE OR SUPPORTS A RICO CAUSE OF ACTION OR SOMETHING IN BETWEEN. AEG AND STATE FARM REFUSE TO PRODUCE FULL DOCUMENTATION ON THE COMMUNICATIONS. HERE ARE 4 PIECES OF EVIDENCE; MIGHT BE OF INTEREST TO RESTORATION INDUSTRY PEOPLE.

AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP’S WEBSITE INDICATES THEY PROVIDE LITIGATION SUPPORT SERVICES.

Did they provide State Farm with the requested report, knowing it was not possibly correct, but that there was “no IMMEDIATE danger of death” to the occupant, and certainly not within the statute of limitations with plausible deniability after the house was built back, and the dangers were covered up?

Why would AEG defense counsel ask the Plaintiff/Policyholder why it seemed that State Farm defense counsel was so quiet, and taking no actions?

Plaintiff innocently said, Well, I thought you are the attack dogs and they are just kicking back watching you try to obliterate me…’ or words to that effect.

AEG 3 AIR SAMPLE TESTING, AFTER MY HOME HAD BEEN WITHOUT A ROOF FOR 40 DAYS OF MULTIPLE STORMS, RAIN, WIND AND SNOW, AND ONLY SOME OF THE WATER SATURATED WALLS AND CEILINGS WERE DEMOLISHED BY THE PREFERRED VENDORS THAT STATE FARM HAD UNLAWFULLY ASSIGNED, AND THE AEG REPORT WAS USED BY STATE FARM TO AUTHORIZE BUILD BACK. THE AEG REPORT SHOWED NO SIGNS OF MOLD… DEFYING SCIENCE AND COMMON SENSE.

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, MY HOME WAS CATASTROPHICALLY DAMAGED AND CONTAMINATED BY TOXIC MOLD.

AEG RETURNED TO THE SCENE OF THE CRIMES IN AUGUST 2019, AND AGAIN PROVIDED A REPORT THAT APPEARED TO BE WRITTEN IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO NOT EXPOSE THE FRAUD OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE MARCH 2019 REPORT. THEN THEY AMENDED IT, AND SUGGESTED SURFACE CLEANING, AND CALLING BACK IF THERE WERE FURTHER CONCERNS. THIS IS IN SPITE OF OTHER VENDORS PROVIDING REPORTS OF DANGERS IN MOLD LEVELS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. BY FALL 2019, IT WAS EVIDENCED THAT INDEED THE WALLS AND CEILINGS THAT HAD BEEN IDENTIFIED BY THE STATE FARM VENDORS AS WATER SATURATED, BUT NOT DEMOLISHED OR REMEDIATED, WERE THE SOURCE OF TOXIC EXPOSURE.

Serious coincidences related to Linda Ayres vs State Farm et al — wherein my home sustained catastrophic damages and my life was threatened with toxic exposure, knowingly and willfully by State Farm Adjusters and members of their Premier Services program.

I have reached out to political representatives…. for referrals.

Next week I have to introduce oral testimony at a hearing, and I have to learn to be a Public Speaker so I can address the Court and Jury, when we get there.
