#Update — working on new theme for the blog about me and State Farm and their #PreferredVendors aka #PremierServices programs, that are too often unlawfully assigned to unsuspecting policy holders, often boomers with disabilities apparently tend to be the targets.
Efforts toward resolution have apparently failed again, and the remaining 4 defense firms and I, self-represented me, are apparently aiming for trial in Linda Ayres vs State Farm et al, probably mid-to-late 2023.

As y’all know, my roof in California blew off 2/2/2019 and due to a series of unsavory and unlawful and negligent practices, my home was destroyed, required 2 demolitions, and was turned in to a toxic dump, threatening my life also. State Farm adjusters in Arizona ran the dirty caper out of Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions and #CDOI apparently colluded with them; they certainly offered no legit assistance.
I spent the lockdown of 2020 in my uninhabitable home – without walls, ceilings, flooring, insulation and furnishings. 40 days of unabated water intrusion reported showed no evidence of microbial growth to the property by unlawfully assigned environmental inspection companies. Non-affiliated environmental inspections company found lethal amount of toxic contamination within months. #StateFarm adjusters, managers and defense teams and co-conspirators insist they don’t know what caused the toxic contamination.
They did required litigation. I want to thank all the California attorneys and lawfirms that refused to represent me. I’ve done my best to DIY against #RICO level insurance practices.
MORE SOON!
