THE ARIZONA ADJUSTERS OFFICE APPARENTLY BELIEVES THE PROGRAM IS REQUIRED FOR POLICY COVERAGE. THAT’S WHAT THEY TOLD ME IN 2019.
THE ADJUSTERS EVEN ASSIGNED AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP TO DO THE ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING AND MOLD CLEARANCE… THAT RESULTED IN CATASTROAPHIC DAMAGE TO MY HOME AND HEALTH. STATE FARM PROBABLY NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR ADJUSTERS AND ADJUSTER MANAGERS BETTER, AND STOP THEM FROM LYING TO THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC.
I BEGGED FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REPLACE A COUPLE OF THEIR ASSIGNED VENDORS, AND WAS DENIED REPEATEDLY, UNTIL THE HOUSE HAD BEEN 65% DEMOLISHED.
THEN STATE FARM OBTAINED A MOLD CLEARANCE TO AUTHORIZE A REBUILT, THAT RESULTED IN 95% MICROBIAL GROWTH CONTAMINATION AND THREAT TO MY LIFE.
SURE LOOKS LIKE I GOT SCAMMED, BIG TIME. RICO LEVEL? COST ME JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING, SO FAR.

NO KIDDING? EVEN TRAINED IN IICRC-sanctioned restoration techniques? WHO KNEW! NOT THE GUYS ASSIGNED TO MY PLACE, NOR THE ADJUSTERS WHO SENT THEM AND NEGOTIATED WITH THEM AND SUPERVISED THEM! THE ADJUSTER EVEN DISMISSED THEM…..
It must have been an exceptional situation? Or something else? Do all State Farm policy holders have to have TPA mediation, fight invalid liens, go to small claims court AND THEN ENGAGE IN CIVIL LITIGATION?
My State Farm agent told me to Lawyer Up and Sue for $10,000,000. The Arizona adjuster team told me that if I wanted my California home restored to pre-loss condition, LITIGATION WAS REQUIRED. Yikes… I couldn’t find that in the policy either…. Something the agent and adjusters just made up?

AEG says “PUT US TO THE TEST” … State Farm did put them to the test in February and March 2019, and they were again deployed in August 2019. Their equipment was perhaps malfunctioning? They saw no mold where others found catastrophic levels of toxicity.

Their legal counsel breaks down the types of mold clearance testings comparing to “a chevy and a cadillac” and suggested that the flaws in their reports that contributed to the damage at my home in 2019 were likely because the adjuster selected the less expensive test, the chevy test. I wonder if that meet NIOSH, EPA, OSHA AND IICRC standards of practice and guidelines. Sounds kind of weird, and absolutely ineffective, evidenced by the catastrophic damage at my home.
They recently conducted an “inspection” of my home in February 2022, that I had to have demolished, remediated and rebuilt in 2020/2021 .. I was told they would be doing “invasive inspections” AT MY EXPENSE.
Sounded like they were threatening to come to my home and knock holes in all the walls. They later said there would be no invasive testing in the Court papers. That was pretty scary and I was told not to be here alone when they arrived. Weird that the 3 attorneys came, 2 contractors and nobody from AEG. They didn’t even hardly speak to me, one attorney did not even enter the house, and … THEY DID NOT DO ANY AIR QUALITY TESTING… they know that the last reports of summer 2021 had unsatisfactory results…
So complicated…. I do not recommend this company. They appear to work directly for State Farm. I do not recommend State Farm either, although I have been a policy holder over 50 years. Their treatment of elderly disabled people is… dangerous and reprehensible, to say the very least.
