Here’s a perky little tune that describes what it’s like being a State Farm policy holder for many decades, with a roof loss and water damage claim that was escalated into a $10 million lawsuit — the State Farm Agent recommended that number. All I asked for for years was to restore my home to pre-loss condition. Then I discovered it had become a toxic dump, with threats of killing me after they got a mold clearance and did a $101,000 build back OVER THE WATER SATURATED, UNREMEDIATED DAMAGE. I WAS WITHOUT A ROOF APPROXIMATELY 40 DAYS … DURING THE 2019 STORMAGEDDON IN CALIFORNIA…. A SERIES OF STORMS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH.
IF YOU ARE A DISABLED BOOMER, BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU INSURANCE CARRIER IS STATE FARM. A lawyer told me that I “FIT THE PROFILE OF THEIR TARGET VICTIMS’ and that their PreferredVendors prey on elderly, disabled unmarried female homeowners. That attorney also recommended class actions, and has a reputation that “she loves to sue State Farm'” — I wonder why she wouldn’t help me. She said I fit their target profile. Hmph. GOD IS MY STRENGTH AND MY SALVATION.

I’m barely literate in legal-ese and with the work-place conk on the head in 2012, my organizational skills and focus are… shall we say, a bit impaired. Right brain stuff is relatively easy; Left brain can be mind-boggling to the concussed.
Defense has subpoenaed my medical records (for my roof loss and consequent microbial contamination resulting in toxic mold – #BlackMoldMatters!) –
I read that there is software that enables unscrupulous law firms to crank out such court related documents for filing in minutes vs hours or days. For someone with a brain injury, discovering the existence of such applications took a while, and with looming deadlines, there’s no time for such a learning curve. IF YOU KNOW OF SUCH AN APP THAT’S WITH A SMALL LEARNING CURVE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN COMMENTS BELOW OR EMAIL ME.
That’s one less task for me. I can hardly wait till they read the doctors comments about the head trauma experienced directly after a lengthy phone conversation with the adjuster, begging again for permission to dismiss the assigned preferred vendors who were not addressing the roof, but just escalating the claim to make it, apparently, more profitable for them, DESTROYING MY HOME AND ALMOST KILLING ME, IN THE PROCESS.

I’m representing myself, in pro per, in a $10 million lawsuit against State Farm et al — one boomer against 10 defendants, Does 1-250, 8 lawfirms, 16+ lawyers, swaths of paralegals, law clerks, in-house counsel? and some adjuster teams who known darn well that 40 days of unabated unmitigated water intrusion, caused by ASSIGNED PREFERRED VENDORS, to an elderly disabled boomer will be a Nuclear Verdict considering also the egregiously abusive conduct of certain members of the legal defense teams.
