Meet Roy Paynter… Roy was the last State Farm adjuster/manager on my claim also. He hasn’t changed since this 2013 deposition, as far as I can tell.

My roof blew off 2/2/2019…. and a real adjuster did not show up till mid-March. State Farm sent an “Adjuster Representative” (a sales guy for a national restoration company franchise) who also posed as the assigned General Contractor, from their Preferred Vendor/Pet Contractor program. Because I couldn’t give them $7,000 cash to expedite a roof replacement, it took over 40 days for them to even get an estimate to the State Farm adjuster in Roy’s office.
None of the vendors would discuss anything with me, “without client authorization” — Randy organized, negotiated and authorized everything, even the delays and he didn’t care about the demand for cash, either. I asked State Farm to elevate the claim to their legal department for prosecution and / or subrogation for the destruction of my home. They paid approximately $101,000 to cover up the crimes, but left me with a toxic environment that could have killed me, if I had not taken swift action with additional environmental reports. Sure looks like it, huh?
