First videos! THIS STORY IS SO CROOKED…. IMAGINE THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH EASIER, FASTER, SAFER AND COST EFFECTIVE IF STATE FARM HAD JUST DENIED THE CLAIM. #CAHOOTS!
#BlackMoldMatters and #MikeFromStateFarm (Tipsord) doesn’t care; he apparently has too many other RICO complaints to tend with than to bother with the damages State Farm and it’s PreferredVendors program did to the home of a disabled California woman. #Boomer #Bummer
They caused RAIN INSIDE MY HOME FOR 40 DAYS WITHOUT A ROOF LAST FEBRUARY 2, 2019.
The first 14 days of a catastrophic water claim seem to be the most important.
ServPro provided a bill to the insurance adjuster in May 2019. If I am reading the xactimate things correctly, they had blowers in for 3 of the 40 days, did some demolition and hauling, no reference to remediation and I think they left off the useless tarp that was to have protected the house interior while Paul Davis Restoration was assigned as the General Contractor and “Adjuster Representative” to get the roof replaced and the house put back together.
It looks like they were authorized up to $15,000 by State Farm adjuster, and they allocated 3 days of blowers and some demo. It’s unclear what the useless tarp cost, and there appears to be no reference to remediation. All business was transacted between State Farm and ServPro directly (they wouldn’t listen to a word I had to say as they destroyed my home.)
Paul Davis Restoration would not listen to me either, except when I gasped and said, “OMG, you’ve destroyed my home!” — Their representative accused me of exaggerating and said, ‘This is a small project, some dry wall, paint, carpet and a roof. $20,000 max’ –
THEY NEVER PUT THE ROOF ON... They didn’t provide an estimate to State Farm until March 7, 2019, and would not even give me a copy until it had been “approved by the client.” PDR blamed ContractorConnection, ServPro and the State Farm adjuster for the weeks of delay and consequent extreme water intrusion; RAINING INSIDE MY HOME.
Somehow this kick-back-caper is all my fault and my house and health are destroyed because of them?
American Environmental Group cleared the house in mid-March for build and didn’t find any/may spores of any kind, inside or out, so they authorized build back. They were called back for another $2,000 full house inspection, and they found air quality ” unacceptable*” in several rooms and suggested if there were problems down the road, inspect again.
THEY COVERED UP THE FIRST SET OF …MISTAKES… BY STATE FARM AND IT’S PREFERRED VENDORS, AND THEIR SECOND REPORT SEEMS TO BE A COMPLETE ADMISSION OF FRAUD AND COLLUSION, but I’m no lawyer. IMHO, that’s a summary that a District Attorney could give to a first year law student for resolution.
Within an hour of the roof blow off, the loss was reported to State Farm Claims. State Farm deceived me that I was required by the policy to use their PreferredVendors.
When I realized their preferred vendors were extremely unscrupulous characters, I begged for permission to hire a legitimate general contractor and remediation company. Authorization to find a new contractor was finally given by the Phoenix adjuster on or about March 8, 2019, to be authorized by the California State Farm Field Adjuster (who did not inspect the property until mid-March 2019) .
I fell and conked my head and broke my wrist at the hotel State Farm had put me up in, a week at a time, causing me to have to pack up and move at least 4 times in the first month (tough on anybody, really tough on someone with a traumatic brain injury, from a workplace injury back in 2012, compounded by a fresh conk on the head 3/8/2019).
I ended up in the hospital after that heated, tearful call with the adjuster who had been apprised from the very beginning how the vendors were destroying my home, in apparent hopes to crank up an $8,000 claim to one with a better profit margin. It cost State Farm over $100,000 so far, and it cost me approximately $50,000 to clean up the toxic microbial messes they collectively caused, and it’s not safe yet.
IT’S RICO LEVEL, AND THEY ARE HOPING TO WEAR ME OUT. POLICY REQUIRES THAT THEY RESTORE MY HOME TO PRELOSS CONDITION. THEY DON’T WANT TO, THEY ARE ALL COLLUDING WITH ONE ANOTHER AND CAN’T KEEP THEIR LIES STRAIGHT.
I’m hoping that some very important national corruption investigation groups will lend a hand, after all, my story is common.
People who let Insurance Carriers get away with home destruction and personal injuries like regular street rioters and thugs… don’t help anybody by keeping the dirty secrets. LET’S FIX THIS NOW. LET’S #DoItForAmerica

#StateFarm has evidently contributed to the #NationalMOLDcrisis…. and you might even know they did it if you have had a water damage claim also. #ConstantVigilance #Eternal Suspicion.
